We at Copy Tec Legal Services take a great
deal of pride and care in what we do in servicing the legal community.
Much time is devoted to working with attorneys, paralegals, and legal
assistants to understand how to excel in addressing their document
management needs. As a result, we have a high set of standards in
our work product which include the following:

We have developed solid work processes to ensure that all originals
retain their original configuration including placement of post-its
and finishing of documents (staples, clips, etc.).

We use a high quality paper ALWAYS (24 lb., 98 to 102 brightness
compared to the usual 20 lb. paper and 88 brightness used by most
other copy services).

We use thick cardboard backing with rubber bands to package all
copies to minimize paper degradation. · We recheck ALL our work,
page by page against originals (really).

While we never change the original integrity of any document set,
we do provide attorneys/paralegals with a job memo if we notice
any irregularities (missing pages based on page or bates number,
duplicates, pages out of order, pages that seem to belong to a different
case, etc.).

We work very closely with out clients to ensure that we provide
the best service possible including rush jobs at no extra charge,
last minute special requests, or special projects when needed.
